We have programs based on DiSC (c) Circumplex which assist people understand their own behavioural preferences and how those preferences relate to the establishment of trust and developing relationships.

Some of our courses resulting in nationally recognised qualifications are eligible for government funding.

Managers Development Program:

Designed to enhance existing managers people skills and increase self-awareness through the application of DiSC (c) Circumplex. Management Development Programs can be conducted as short-courses or over an extended period.  Importantly, your managers will increase their ablility to establish trust and build strong relationshipswith their staff through increasing their adaptability in order to cater for the individual needs of their people.

Full courses based on the Certificate IV Frontline Management qualification are available which is eligible for government funding. Your organisation may be eligible for $4000 per employee who undertakes this course. Upon successful completion of this program, participants will receive a nationally recognised qualification.
