Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management Upgrade via RPL
If you have successfully completed the Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking FNS40804, FNS40810 or FNS40811 then you've already completed a portion of the 15 units required for the Diploma of Mortgage Broking Management qualification.
To obtain the full Diploma you only need to provide evidence for the remaining units, which can be completed via RPL.
If you don't yet have your Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking you can either undertake the training via Face to Face, Self-Study or simply RPL.
If you already have your Certificate IV and are an existing finance/mortgage broking professional who's been operating in the area of complex/business lending then you simply need to provide us with the information outlined below.

Provide us with a certified copy of your Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking FNS40804, FNS40810 or FNS40811

This form is to be completed by another Finance/Mortgage Broking professional who can verify your skills and knowledge in the area of Complex Lending.

Current Resume
Provide us with an up-to-date Resume reflecting your experience in the area of complex/business lending.

Client References
Provide us with two (2) References from clients for whom you have completed a complex lending transaction.

Short Answer Questions
Answer a number of short questions.

6.

Case File Loan Submission
Submit a case study of one of your settled loan applications for a client with complex lending requirements or complete 1 of 2 case studies provided and approved by the MFAA.
