Delivery Options
Intellitrain offers 3 methods of delivery, enabling you to choose a method that suits your specific requirements in terms of preferred learning style and time availability.
Face-to-Face / Classroom Based
This consists of a series of 2 day workshop per module (four modules in total) spread over 4 – 6 months. Typically modules are run 4 - 6 weeks apart to ensure that you have sufficient time to complete assignments and absorb what they have learned during the workshop. These sessions are supported by monthly interactive web-based tutorial sessions which are recorded and available to be reviewed online anytime through our training portal iTrain plus telephone & email support.
Blended Delivery
This is a unique program offered only by Intellitrain. It consists of a combination of self-paced study & preparation prior to attending a number of interactive pre-scheduled 2 hour web-based training sessions. The program is generally delivered over a 4-8 week period and consists of supporting web-based tutorials, telephone and email support. Each of the interactive web-based training sessions and tutorials are recorded and available online anytime through our training portal iTrain.
Delivered by our industry experienced trainers, the webinars are highly interactive, giving you all the benefits of face to face training but without the costs and time associated with travel - plus the 2-hour sessions can fit in around your appointments to make sure you don't lose an entire day.
These sessions are also recorded and available via our online training portal, iTrain, so you can review the webinars again at your leisure or whilst preparing for your assessments.
Distance / Correspondence
This is the most flexible training option enabling you to work your way through each of the four course modules at your own pace submitting assignments as you go. You are also provided with access to our monthly interactive web-based tutorials both live and as recordings online through our training portal iTrain. Flexibility is also available to attend workshops for an agreed fee if you undertake wither the Blended or Distance delivery methods. Free classroom resits are also available.
Assessments
The assessment process is the same across all delivery methods. Each module has a written assessment piece which is submitted for review. Each assessment is designed to build your skills towards the development of a Statement of Advice (SoA), which you then complete as the 5th assessment. The final component of assessment is the simulated delivery of a Statement of Advice to a client, which is typically conducted either via telephone or face-to-face with one of our trainers.
