The Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) is ideal for brokers wanting to broaden the scope of their mortgage and finance brokerage business beyond residential lending.

It covers the more complex areas of commercial lending such as equipment & asset finance, commercial finance and complex lending to trusts and entities. In addition, you'll develop a greater understanding of your own business from a financial and risk management perspective covering skills such as developing, marketing and managing a business.

The Intellitrain Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) is a specialised Bridging Course recognised by both the FBAA and MFAA and is among the highest standard of education currently available to brokers.

The course is run over 3 days and delivered in all states via face to face, online, distance and for experienced brokers via RPL.

Pre-requisite

Participants must already hold the Certificate IV Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) FNS40804. For those who do not yet have their Certificate IV, Intellitrain offer this as a stand alone course which can be completed via RPL, online, distance or classroom based.

Delivery

Assessment

The two modules are individually assessed via a combination of open book questions and a case study. Students are entitled to 1 complimentary resit in the event they are deemed not yet competent on their first attempt.
