Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking by RPL

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a means by which you can demonstrate your competency against a national qualification without having to undertake a full course and examination. Simply, the RPL process recognises that you may have attained the required competency through on the job learning and years of practical experience.

If you have 2 or more years of experience in the Finance and Mortgage Broking Industry then Intellitrain's RPL process is designed to make it simple for you to gain the formal recognition that you deserve.

To gain your RPL, you simply need to provide us with the following documentation:

    RPL Requirements

    1.

    Submit the Declarer's Form

    Find someone who knows you and your finance experience to be your declarer. They could be a colleague or a superior, but they must be a working professional. Whilst the declarer does not necessarily have to hold a Certificate IV themselves, they must be credible in terms of experience within the finance industry.

    The Declarer then needs to complete a form confirming your experience across a variety of skills in additon to providing an up to date resume, to be included in your application. This can be a brief resume highlighting personal details and current position.

    2.

    References from Clients, Associates or Lenders

    Submit 2 references attesting to your services and skills from Client(s), Associate(s) or Lender(s) from within the finance industry.

    3.

    Provide your Resume

    Provide a copy of an up-to-date resume outlining your experience and the positions you've held, placing emphasis on your financial industry experience.

      4.

      Provide relevant Evidence of any Training or Qualifications

      Provide evidence of any relevant finance industry qualifications and evidence of related training and professional development.

      5.

      Complete Short Answer Questions

      Complete a series of 12 short answer questions used to demonstrate your industry knowledge.

      6.

      Submit a Settled Loan Case File

      Provide a copy of a recent settled loan application.
