RPL Process Steps

The Intellitrain RPL Process for the the Certificate IV in Bookkeeping requires the you to submit the following five (5) pieces of evidence for assessment:

Declarer’s Assessment

A checklist of skills and knowledge mapped against the requirements of each unit of FNS40210.

The Declarer is to be someone who:

  • Has significant accounting and/or bookkeeping experience.
  • May be a colleague, manager or mentor of the candidate
  • Can provide a resume reflecting professional experience

2.

Your Resume

A copy of your resume reflecting your current and previous job roles relevant to the qualification; including responsibilities and time in position.

The resume should show a minimum 2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping, including BAS & Payroll preparation.

3.

Three (3) business testimonials

Attesting to the quality of the your service. These may be from clients for whom the you currently performs ‘BAS Agent’ Activity.

4.

Unit Questions

A set of questions which have been mapped to each of the units for the qualification.

5.

Practical Exercises

Complete 3 practical activities.
