Certificate III Financial Services FNS30107

This program has been developed to address the units of competency required to support the Certificate III in Financial Services and to meet the requirements for RG146 Tier II accreditation.

This program has been developed within a fictitious company – Virtual Financial Services (VFS). VFS is a full service financial services organisation operating within the Australian market.

This interactive online program has been structured into four modules:

Module One – Induction

Module Two – Establish Client Relationship

Module Three – Financial Accounts

Module Four – Apply Product Knowledge

Each of these modules supports one to four of the units of competency within the Certificate III of Financial Services. The units of competency addressed by this program include:

This program has been developed to replicate as near as possible the learners’ workplace. Each of the modules directs the learner into workplace interactions to complete tasks which assist clients or colleagues. Throughout the program the learner is supported with resources, the VFS intranet, short courses for underpinning knowledge and skills, links to relevant website, access to an online facilitator and brief items of advice from fictitious colleagues.

This program can be completed at the learners own pace – it is estimated that each module would take approximately 3 hours to complete.
