Paul Eldridge

BA, Cert IV TAA, AFAIM, MAITD -  Chief Executive Officer

Paul has recently completed his Master of Business and Technology with the University of New South Wales, holds a Bachelor of Arts as well as being an accredited Franklin Covey facilitator. He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Paul has extensive experience in Management, Training, Sales and Service Delivery and has worked in a variety of industries including: - Retail, FMCG, Utilities, Finance and Information Technology. He has a history of building high performance teams with a strong customer service focus.

Paul has previously owned and managed a sales and marketing company developing an operating turnover of over two million dollars within a twelve month period. As a facilitator, Paul has been developing, motivating and training teams in sales, service delivery, customer service and business development for the past ten years. Paul is a certified Covey facilitator and has delivered a number of courses based on the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. He has also written and facilitated an extensive amount of sales and personal development material for the Australian market as well as contributing to some of the courses offered by Intellitrain.   

Andrew Hetherington

BBEF, GDip FP, CertIV FS(F/MB), CERT IV TAA, FPA(Aff), CDec - General Manager

With a strong technical and sales background, Andrew has authored and delivers a number of Intellitrain Certificate's, Diploma's and technical programs, and has extensive training experience having lectured for TAFE, FINSIA and various private training companies.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from RMIT University and the University of North Texas, USA; a Post-Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning; the Cert IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Andrew is an Authorised Representative of WealthSure Pty Ltd and a member of the AFA, FPA, MFAA and COSL.

Eric Reid

Cert IV WT&A, Cert IV Finance - Non Executive Director

Eric has over thirty five years experience in the financial services industry and has developed a number of courses in that time including the Certificate III Mortgage Broking and the Introduction to Mortgage Broking accredited by the MFAA. Eric is well-respected in the industry as an experienced trainer with a fantastic ability to make his learning sessions interesting and dynamic. Eric has lectured at TAFE colleges and is in demand for his consulting skills. Eric actively provides consulting services to a number of direct clients and is a valuable consultant to Intellitrain as a non-executive director. Eric's chief role is to assist in setting the direction and standards for course delivery and content.

Byron Gray

B.Bus (Marketing) - Marketing Manager

Byron has held several senior Marketing and Management positions during the past 20 years across multiple industries within Australia, North America and Europe.

He holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and has significant experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. He started and built a successful financial software company, Graycorp Pty Ltd from 1998 through until 2004 before joining one of South Australia's leading Financial Accounting & Consulting practices as a senior manager. He was a finalist in the 2002 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and twice been Marketing Manager of companies listed in the BRW Fastest Growing 100.

Vicki O'Callaghan

Cert IV TAA, Cert IV Finance - National Operations Manager

Vicki has an impressive 20 + years experience in the banking and finance industry. As an Area Manager with a household name in Home Loans Vicki is dedicated to using her extensive knowledge to assist those entering the Mortgage Broking industry build successful businesses. Vicki has an extensive Learning and Development background in facilitation, assessment and project management.  Her expertise is not only confined to financial services but also to general and frontline management course facilitation. For the two years prior to her current role, Vicki was the National Training and Development Manager for international mortgage origination company eMOCA Pty. Ltd.

Graham Harlow

Dip FS (F/MB), CERT IV TAA - Business Development Manager (Qld), Senior Trainer

Graham has in excess of 40 years of experience working in the Financial Services industry. During the last 25 years he's worked in 4 states in both the commercial and residential lending arms of large financial institutions, having held several state and national management roles prior to beginning his own specialist mortgage broking and management company.

He holds a multitude of financial services qualifications, is a licensed finance & mortgage broker and in recent years has been sharing his extensive industry experience delivering Certificate IV and Diploma training throughout Australia.

Tina Tomassetti

Cert IV TAA - Training Consultant

Tina has extensive training and development experience in the banking and finance industry. having worked for both the NAB and Suncorp.  Tina is a dynamic and engaging facilitator who has delivered numerous courses in the finance industry both technical and personal development including sales & communication skills. Tina has also designed and delivered management and leadership training courses for both the NAB and Suncorp
